Following the result of GP3 Race 2, it was found that Esteban Ocon's ART Grand Prix car did not conform with the undertray height dimensions during scrutineering after the race. As this is a Breach of Art 4.3.12 of the GP3 Series Technical Regulations, stewards excluded the Frenchman from the race and therefore he lost his third place.
The same technical infringement also ocurred on Matheo Tuscher's Jenzer Motorsport car. Therefore the Swiss driver was also excluded from the result and lost his sixth position.
Carlin's Antonio Fuoco was issued with a three place grid penalty after colliding with Jann Mardenborough and Sandy Stuvik at Turn 2. If this penalty cannot be taken in full at the next race, he will have to start from the pitlane.
