Jeff Gordon Parade (Free, Main Street, Noon in Pittsboro, Indiana) In conjunction with the town of Pittsboro, Indiana, IMS is staging a parade in Gordon's honor on Jeff Gordon Day (as designated by the town) at noon on Main Street. Fans are encouraged to line the parade route. A merchandise trailer stocked with Gordon items will be on site.
Seventh Annual Hauler Parade (Free, Main Street, Speedway)

Indianapolis Downtown Canal Dyed Purple: The City of Indianapolis will dye the downtown canal purple at 2:30 p.m. in recognition of Jeff Kyle Day. The event will honor Sergeant Kyle and all past and present men and women of our nation's military who have served with immeasurable dedication, distinction and honor. Kyle is the American hero serving as the namesake of the Crown Royal Presents the Jeff Kyle 400 at the Brickyard NASCAR Sprint Cup Series race on Sunday, July 26, at IMS. This event is free and the public is invited to attend.
