Last October’s IWM Duxford Auction witnessed H&H become only the fifth ever auction house to have sold a motorcar for over $10,000,000. Whilst earlier this year the same venue sold the ex-John Coombs 1961 Jaguar E-Type 3.8 litre Competition Roadster (chassis 0007) for £858,000 and the ex-HRH Prince Philip 1954 Lagonda 3 Litre Drophead Coupe for a world record price of £346,800.

IWM Duxford has also been the site of a successful motorcycle auctions including the sale of ‘Old Bill’, George Brough’s own Brough Superior racer for £291,200
