The 20-year-old, running at car 58 on the road with Emma Falle calling the notes is looking forward to his last competitive outing this season.“It’s nice to enter your home rally.” Explained Butel. “I am very relaxed ahead of the event and there is no pressure unlike my season in the British F4 series. I am really excited to be back behind the wheel of a rally car, flying through the lanes of Jersey.“It will be weird competing with a roof again and having someone telling me what to do! It will take me a while to get used to front-wheel-drive after two years of rear-wheel-drive single-seaters, but I look forward to the challenge. I would like to beat my previous result but most importantly, I just want to enjoy myself, finish and put on a show for the spectators.”The St Saviour resident will tackle 31 demanding Tarmac tests over the two days, taking in over 100 stage miles on the island’s narrow lanes including several night stages at the end of the opening day. Results will be shown on JerseyRally.com from Friday afternoon.
