The Historic Festival’s Opening Stanzas

Historic Festival 35 Presented by the Prestige Family of Fine Cars kicked-off brilliantly Thursday with the Vintage Sports & Race Car Parade and Falls Village Street Fair benefitting the Lakeville’s Corner Food Pantry, followed by practice and qualifying for the nine race groups.

Saturday will be 18 races starting at 9:00 a.m., embellished by autograph sessions with Honored Guest Richard Attwood (and he’s racing the GT40 brought by the Revs Institute), the battalion of Formula Juniors here for their 60th anniversary, the astounding five cars brought by Honored Collector Bruce Meyer, the Dragone Auction cars on display – 60+ amazing vehicles, from barn-found rarities to V16 Cadillacs and everything in between – the Swap Meet and a great Midway.
