MSA British Superkart Championship: Cadwell Park

Rounds 1–3: 14–15 April

Four-time champion Paul Platt staked a claim for the title with two wins and a second-place finish in the opening round at Cadwell Park. Reigning champion Daniel Clark won race two.

In the opening race of the series, Platt took the lead just before half distance and pulled clear to win by almost five seconds. A much closer second race saw a three-way fight for the lead, with reigning champion Clark taking a narrow win.

Clark led race three until a broken chain forced him to retire, leaving Platt to take the lead. Jack Layton finished second ahead of Andy Bird.
