A ‘no expense spared’ tribute to the iconic ‘Alan Mann Racing’ Escort that won the British Saloon Car Championship in 1968 and 1969 driven by such household names as Graham Hill, Roger Clarke and Frank Gardner
Built to an exacting standard using a completely refurbished, period correct, Escort shell, the car is fitted with a 155bhp Lotus Twin Cam with VJ3 cams, ‘big wing’ sump, Accralite pistons giving a Compression Ratio of 10.16 to 1 and twin 40DCOE’S
There is a Bullitt gearbox, Bilstein suspension, an LSD and a deviation from period in having discs all round as opposed to rear drums
Immaculate inside and out with the build overseen by Dave Brodie, one of our Saloon Racing legends, the car is on the button and ready to go.
