It was repatriated back to the UK where our enthusiastic vendor had the intention of restoring it to its former glory. Other priorities have taken precedence and the vendor has been reluctantly convinced to pass this over to someone who can take up the mantle.An exciting project, this is a wonderful opportunity to bring back to life one of Britain’s finest sports cars.Estimate (£): 35,000 - 45,000

1958 Jaguar XK150 Fixedhead Coupe Barn-Find for restoration

The second barn find XK150 in the sale, this very special 1958 fixedhead coupe had been hidden from the world since 1969 until 2009.Steeped in period history, its first owner was Alan Eccles - a renowned racing driver of the period. In late 1969 the car was stored away and somehow became overlooked. Alan promised himself that, one day, he would use the car again but eventually, after 40 years, he realised that was rather unlikely and so the car passed onto new owners.In our opinion this is one of the finest bases from which to restore a 1950’s motor car and we look forward to seeing the finished article on the concours lawn of a major UK event soon!Estimate (£): 35,000 - 45,000

1961 Lancia Flavia Vignale By Hooper

A rare and unique car, this very early Series 1 convertible Lancia Flavia was discovered and rescued in 1991 by our vendor who set about painstakingly restoring the car over the next nine years and has owned it ever since.Commonly known as the Hooper Vignale, the car was redesigned with changes made including its signature trunk like boot to give more luggage room, a mohair lined hood, electric windows and sun visors.A stylish car that boasts technology ahead of its time, don’t miss the chance to own this wonderful Italian classic.Estimate (£): 20,000 - 25,000

1977 Range Rover 3-Door

The original, and in our eyes still the best, this amazing Range Rover Classic has been standing in a field in Cheshire for two years and requires a complete restoration.With prices quickly rising, particularly on these early three-door versions, this project could prove to be a canny investment.No Reserve

1986 BMW M3

This exceptional example of the original M3 was first delivered new to Germany in 1986 and subsequently purchased by a Japanese collector in 1988.The car was imported back to Europe in 2009 and restored from the ground up.
