1994 Ferrari 456 GT Manual

One of just 141 manual right-hand drive examples. Finished in Tour de France Blue with a contrasting Cream hide interior, this car looks absolutely stunning from any angle.

Estimate (£): 35,000 – 39,000

One of just 141 manual right-hand drive cars...For the 456, Pininfarina worked its magic to create a subtly beautiful curvaceous body contrasting with the hard edges of its predecessor. Aerodynamically efficient, the 456 remained stable up to its maximum speed of around 190 mph. Acclaimed on its debut, the 456's styling has not dated and is a tribute to Pininfarina's vision in creating one of most beautiful vehicle designs of modern times.

Supplied new by Lancaster's of Essex, this particular 456 is one of only 141 manual gearbox cars to be supplied to the UK making it quite a rare car. Finished in Tour de France Blue with a contrasting Cream hide interior this car looks absolutely stunning from any angle. Its paintwork has a mirror deep shine throughout and apart from some minor stone chips to the bonnet, is in superb order and the 550 alloys are clean and glaze free.

The service history is made up of both main dealer and independent Ferrari specialists. Since 2010, it was maintained by SMDG of Surrey, and there is paperwork indicating expenditure with them over recent years of just over £8,000. Since being purchased by our vendor in 2013, Terry Keys Ferrari have looked after the car including a recent main service and cambelt change in April, 2016. The mileage of 56,700 is warranted and supported by both its history file and previous MoT certificates. All handbooks are in the correct wallet and it comes complete with two sets of keys and its dedicated Ferrari tool kit.

Soon after being purchased by our vendor in 2013 the car was involved in an accident that damaged the driver's offside corner panels and light fittings and all of the damage was repaired. We are informed by the vendor, and a subsequent condition report by Terry Keys Ferrari of Northampton, that the damage was not structural. However, due to the car's lower value at the time, and the cost of Ferrari panels, it was issued with a Category-C Notice by the insurance company. The auction estimate has therefore taken into account the Category-C Notice.
