Only nine weeks to go until the FIA World Touring Car Championship (WTCC) takes over Brands Hatch in July for its annual British rounds and with closer racing than ever, WTCC fans are set for a great racing event. With British drivers Andy Priaulx, the reigning triple champion, and Robert Huff already claiming podiums this season, including Huff’s dominating win at Valencia for Chevrolet, Brands Hatch could be the scene of some incredible home victories! James Thompson is expected to have improved on his solid debut performance in Spain. With three race weekends to go until Brands Hatch, the Harrogate-based driver has plenty of time to get up to speed with his new Honda for his home rounds.
