Those with withdrawal symptoms after the Le Mans 24 Hours will be relieved that the endurance racing season resumes LIVE on Motors TV with the fifth round of the American Le Mans Series. Audi return from their triumphant visit to La Sarthe looking for more of the same at Lime Rock Park, but having been soundly beaten by three P2 Porsche RS Spyders there last year, will they taste the victory champagne again?

Less than 30 points cover the top eight F1 hopefuls, including Britain’s Oliver Turvey and Ireland’s Michael Devaney, and with a maximum of 42 points up for grabs at Thruxton, whoever masters the Hampshire track’s high speed lay out will go a long way strengthening their hopes. Motors TV has hour-long highlights of the weekend’s two races.

British F3 International Series, Rounds 11 & 12, ThruxtonSaturday 12 July, 22:30 LIVE – F3 EUROSERIESFrom British F3 to the European F3 as Motors TV brings full coverage of the F3 Euroseries visit to Zandvoort. The championship boasts one of the most competitive grids for years, but pre-season favourite Niko Hulkenberg isn’t having things his own way, languishing fifth in the standings. With Volkswagen having recently taken their first win since returning to F3 as an engine supplier, Mercedes are desperate to bounce back, making for a thrilling weekend’s action in Holland.

Timo Scheider has been Audi’s star man so far this season, but Brits Jamie Green and Paul di Resta have both recently reeled off superb wins for Mercedes and the championship could hardly be more delicately poised. Motors TV has LIVE coverage of round 6 of the 2008 season from Zandvoort.

DTM, Round 6, ZandvoortSunday 13 July, 16:45 – LIVE MA MOTOCROSS – A BRIGHT IDEAThe AMA Motocross Open provides some of the finest dirt bike action to be found anywhere in the world and Motors TV has full highlights of each round of the 2008 season. Round 5 of the USA’s premier motocross series hits the track at Thunder Valley and the action will be intensified as the race will be held under floodlights for the first time ever! Motors TV also has highlights of the AMA Motocorss Lites Championship at 10pm.

The Lotus Elise Trophy showcases one of their most popular sportscars and is one of the UK’s most exciting one make series. With a 44-car grid, the racing is always close and often a little hairy. Also look out for former Lotus F1 driver Martin Donnelly amongst the packed field!
