This past weekend saw Davide Rigon at the wheel of his Ferrari F430 n 78, BMS Scuderia Italia team on the German Oschersleben track, for the fourth leg of the FIA World GT, where he took a great fifth place.

“After my mistake in qualifying, I tried since the early laps to recover many positions.” Commented Davide Rigon

 “Unfortunately then a contact with a GT1 did lose to my fellow teammates about 20 seconds Back in the  car for the third part of the race I pushed up to fifth - without that incident we would have been fighting for the podium.

"I am very pleased and so are the whole team. In addition, I managed to be the first on Pirelli rubber and my lap time was very close to the record of the race. Now we will transfer to Spa for the first test collective view of 24h of Spa “

After four races Davide Rigon occupies  sixth position in the drivers standings with 13 points, only 4 point away from third position
