Difficult weekend for the Minardi team

After a great start to the weekend with Mark Zipoli's second place in the  first free practice session at  Mugello, the team was unable to be as competitive as was expected with three portacolori Minardi by Corbetta Competitions competitors - Marco Zipoli-Michael Dalle Stelle, Nicolò Piancastelli relegated to the back of the grid.

This result affected both races with three Dallara yellow-blues forced to fight in the centre of the pack.  This was disappointing for a team that besides having won the F3 title in 2005 has very close the following year with Davide Rigon., has always been at the summit.

Next race Varano August 31

Angelo Corbetta, Team Principal “We were very strong parties in the first session of free practice: But then we were no longer able to be as competitive as we expected. Now we return home with a strong desire to recover the ground lost, but this certainly does not scare us. We want to get back as soon as possible to fight for the top of the podium, a place that over the last 5 years we have gained steadily “
