Scott put ABG Viper on Pole

Avon Tyres British GT Championship

Aaron Scott put the ABG Motorsport Viper onto pole position for the first 2-hour race of the 2008 Avon Tyres British GT Championship season. 

Godfrey Jones popped in the quickest lap right at the end of the 30-minute session for the Preci Spark Team Eurotech Ascari to claim the other front row slot.  Adam Wilcox was third fastest in the VRS Motor finance Ferrari just aheaf of the Aston Martin of Michael Bentwood.  The championship winning Ginetta of Matt Nicol-Jones and Stewart Linn will line up at the head of the GT4 class for today's race.
