Felipe Massa keeps the European Grand Prix win following an investigation into an incident which occured as he was released into the pit lane.
FIA officials delayed making a decision on the incident during the race when the Ferrari pit crew releasing Massa into the path of Adrian Sutil.
Massa was fined 10,000 Euros.
