Nick Heidfeld is to drop from 6th place on the grid for today's Singapore Grand Prix to 9th  -  the stewards ruled that he had impeded Rubens Barrichello during first qualifying, when Barrichello caught up with Heidfeld as he was coming into the pitlane.

Barrichello was fined 10,000 Euro for not using the deceleration zone when entering the the pits following Heidfeld.
