BERWICK will re-stage their home leg of the Young Shield Final on Wednesday after Saturday's fixture was abandoned before a race was completed.Bandits promoter Peter Waite has stated that postal refunds will be available to supporters unable to make the midweek date.He said: "It's typical of Berwick that nothing ever goes to plan, but Wednesday is the big one and our lads want to hold up the Young Shield."

TAI Woffinden will defend his British Under-18 title at former track Scunthorpe on Monday.Woffinden has already collected the Under-21 honours and his strongest competition is expect! ed to be from fellow ex-Scorpions Joe Haines and Josh Auty.The home club are represented by Ben Hopwood, and newly-crowned Under-15 champion Jason Garrity has been given dispensation to ride in the meeting at the age of 14.
