In turn, the 2007 crowds were up 20% on the 2006 levels.Figures released by the BTCC media office underline the fantastic appeal of the BTCC race days, which now rival many major Premier League football matches.The biggest crowd of the season was at Oulton Park in Cheshire when a massive 35,000 fans visited the track to make it the venue's biggest event of the decade.
