Motors TV fans can enjoy the widest selection of motorsport in Widescreen definition.

The switch to 16x9 represents a major improvement in the quality of programming on the High Speed Television Channel ahead of an exciting new season of motorsport.  

All major series aired LIVE on the channel, including the prestigious Australian V8 Supercars, American Le Mans Series and World Motocross Championship as well as the popular Silverstone Classic weekend, will now benefit from widescreen coverage.

Head of Programming and Acquisitions, Fred Viger said, “The fans have spoken and we’ve listened. It became clear that more and more viewers were clamoring for widescreen coverage and we’ve responded by offering them just that.” 

The change affects Motors TV coverage on both Sky (channel 413) and Virgin Media (545).
