(SPEEDWAY 1)NEW Workington signing Adrian Rymel has confirmed his fitness after finishing last season on the injured list.Rymel dislocated his shoulder whilst racing for Berwick at Birmingham in October, but there are no long-term problems ahead of the Comets' March 28 opener.Manager Ian Thomas said: "Shoulder injuries can be troublesome, but he's back playing ice hockey and he can't wait to get back on a bike again." (SPEEDWAY 2)EDINBURGH manager Alan Bridgett has targeted back-to-back Premier League titles - despite having to make two team changes.The Monarchs' all-round strength was the key to their success but they have lost William Lawson and Derek Sneddon from the 2008 line-up.Bridgett said: "I think we've put together the best side which was available to us, and I don't think we'll be too far from the top of the table."
