(SPEEDWAY 1)JASON Bunyan has been handed the Wild Card berth for the inaugural New Zealand Grand Prix in Auckland on March 31.The Rye House man, who will also double-up in the Elite League for Coventry this season, is a six-time New Zealand Champion as he regularly spends his winters in the country.BSI Speedway managing director Paul Bellamy said: "I'm sure the New Zealand fans will reward the loyalty he has shown by competing in their national championships for so many years and support him as one of their own at the Grand Prix in March."Jason has a reputation for being a tough customer on the track and he won't be intimidated by the prospect of taking on 15 of the world's best riders in this historic meeting."(SPEEDWAY 2)WOLVERHAMPTON boss Peter Adams says No.1 Freddie Lindgren was an automatic pick for 2012 - and he is tipping the Swede for a big season on all fronts.Lindgren has been a dominant force around Monmore Green in recent seasons, and Adams expects that to continue this year.He said: "Freddie can achieve a 10-point average in the Elite League with his eyes closed, he is that good. With a points limit there are always going to be restrictions when it comes to team building but there was never any doubt about us signing Freddie."Right from the end of last season he said he wanted to be back with us and we said we wanted him back so there was common ground for us to work on."
