2012 Formula Renault 2.0 ALPS

EN PLEIN" AND NEW COMERS FOR FORMULA RENAULT 2.0 ALPS READY TO ROLL BY THE END OF MARCH

There are already 11 teams which have confirmed their entry in the 2012 Formula Renault 2.0 ALPS. The Series will start the last weekend of March with the Monza round. Growing interest though, for the latest Renault Sport Technologies Formula, with some new prestigious entries.

An International lineup, the one expected for the 2012 season since these days, that can count more than 25 cars. These are granted figures that are expected to increase even more in the upcoming weeks while the names of the first drivers are announced.

At the moment, however, all focus is on the Teams side which confirmed their entry. Starting from the French Tech1 Racing, that after having seized last year title with the Spanish youngster Javier Tarancon, will do their best to defend their leadership lining up four cars. Four cars as well for the other French team Arta Engineering and RC Formula from Luxemburg, with the latest that will debut in the Fast Lane Promotion Championship and that is expected to announce its drivers shortly.

Two more new entries will be represented by Facondini Racing and Brixia Autosport. Still on the Italian side teams, there will also be two cars for Team Torino Motorsport, GSK Motorsport, One Racing and Viola Formula Racing.

At this stage the grid is completed by the Spanish Epic Racing and by the Austrian Interwetten.com Junior Team (respectively with two and three cars).
