Kristoffersson hits the Superstars track at Monteblanco aboard Audi A4 DTM

THE SWEDISH RACER LOGGED 40 LAPS AT THE SPANISH VENUE IN ORDER TO PREPARE FOR HIS MANUFACTURER-SUPPORTED SUPERSTARS SERIES SEASON

Johan Kristoffersson is fully-focused on his new 2012 adventure in the INTERNATIONAL SUPERSTARS SERIES. The 23-year-old Swedish racer will be lined-up under the Audi banner  and is one of the most promising rookies on the horizon.

As previously announced, Kristoffersson will line-up in the top touringcar championship for cars over 500 horsepower with the brand-new Audi RS5 and will be supported by the Scandinavian outfit KMS. The Swedish squad lined-up in the STCC in the past and will partner Audi Sport Italia for the 2012 SUPERSTARS SERIES.

With such an important debut coming soon for the Swedish youngster, he decided to take a further step in his preparation as he enjoyed a day of testing at the Spanish Monteblanco venue with an works Audi A4 DTM racecar.

Kristoffersson, who also ended up in second in the Porsche Carrera Cup Scandinavia and is part of Audi's official drivers list, logged 40 laps followed by Spaniard Miguel Molina as a friend and tutor. It has been the last occasion for him before joining the SUPERSTARS ranks aboard his brand-new Audi RS5, and enter a key season in his racing career.
