Round 1: Santa Pod Raceway, 6-9 April 2012

Rain curtailed the event before eliminations could take place. Roger Moore led qualifying with a career-best 6.725sec., just .002 ahead of defending champion Graham Ellis. Andy Frost also clocked career-best marks to qualify third (6.999) on his car’s third competitive outing. Frost’s Vauxhall Victor, the world’s only road-legal Pro Mod, hit 219.29mph, the meet’s top speed, on a separate run.
