Round 1: PF International, 22 April

Mark Litchfield dominated proceedings at PFI with two comfortable victories ahead of Racing Steps Foundation-backed driver Ben Barnicoat.

Litchfield won the first Final by almost eight seconds, while Barnicoat held off Sam MacLeod and Jack Barlow to take the runner-up spot.

A heavy shower hit the second Final soon after the start, leaving the karts to crawl round the tighter corners on their slick tyres. Litchfield used his experience to move 15 seconds clear of Barnicoat, who had been catching him in the dry but spun in the wet. Ricky Collard completed the podium after a battle with Jamie Rush.
