Cebu Pacific Air by KCMG aiming for Formula Masters victory in Shanghai finale

Cebu Pacific Air by KCMG has set its sights on victory as the team heads to China’s renowned F1 circuit for the Formula Masters China Series season finale. Martin Rump, Nicholas Rowe and Star Racing Academy drivers Jeffrey Ye, Sean Zheng and Yuan Bo will face three thrilling races on Shanghai’s 5.451km circuit.

 Cebu Pacific Air by KCMG previews Formula Masters’ final event as an opportunity to conclude the team’s superb 2015 season. A dominant year in the Asian junior Formula series has catapulted the Hong Kong-based outfit to the top of the championship’s leaderboard with a staggering advantage, allowing KCMG to take the Team and Drivers’ title after Formula Masters penultimate event last month.

 As the team heads to Shanghai this week, they are confident that FMCS 2015 champion Martin Rump, along with his teammates Rowe, Ye, Zheng and Bo  will maintain the team’s winning ways and conclude the season in China on a high note.

Martin Rump: “We will be looking to carry over our strong form from Zhuhai and fight for more wins and podiums this weekend. I’m really looking forward to the team’s final challenge at Shanghai.”

Nicholas Rowe: “Not our best weekend in Zhuhai, but we are the champions of 2015! Hopefully, I can have a very successful weekend and get a 1,2 in the championship for KCMG!”

Jeffrey Ye: “I’m looking forward to the final race at Shanghai. I hope that I can demonstrate all my ability and deliver the best result to conclude the year.”

Sean Zheng: “I will do my best in Formula Masters final race at Shanghai this weekend. The progress that I made in Zhuhai last month gives me a lot of confidence and my objective is to make further headway as we wrap up the season.”

Yuan Bo: “I’m excited to race on one of the world’s best F1 circuits and will continue to give my best as its my aim to deliver positive results in the upcoming race weekend.”

John O’Hara, KCMG Deputy Managing Director: “We aim to maintain the strong form we had throughout the year and conclude the season in Shanghai with more wins.
