Celebrating one of the best-loved sports car marques, Beaulieu’s Simply Porsche will return for its fourth year on Sunday 5th June.
Held in association with The Independent Porsche Enthusiasts Club (TIPEC), this popular event will welcome Porsches of all ages and models into the picturesque grounds of the National Motor Museum.
Ranging from the earliest 356 models, through classics such as the 911, 914 and 928, up to the modern Boxster, Panamera and Cayman, Simply Porsche is open to all types of this legendary German sports car. Porsche drivers can park their much-loved cars, admire other cars on show and chat with like-minded owners and enthusiasts.
Throughout the day, rally participants and Beaulieu’s attraction visitors will have the opportunity to vote for their favourite Porsche in the People’s Choice Awards. A commemorative Beaulieu trophy and a special Autoglym prize will be awarded to the owner of the Porsche that receives the most votes, before leading a cavalcade of the most popular cars around the Beaulieu grounds.
Not only is Simply Porsche a great opportunity to see a fantastic selection of Porsches, visitors can also enjoy all of the features of one of the south’s leading attractions, all with one great value ticket.
Don’t miss the National Motor Museum’s new Driving Change display, which explores motoring innovations, technology and safety throughout history and makes motoring predictions for the future. Visit On Screen Cars and the World of Top Gear, take a stroll around Palace House, the historic home of the Montagu family since 1538, and the historic ruins of 13th century Beaulieu Abbey.
Participants will be able to drive into the attraction grounds from 9.30am, when the Brabazon restaurant will be serving hot and cold drinks and breakfast snacks. Advance participant tickets cost £10 an adult and £5 a child (aged 5-17 inclusive) and can be bought in advance at www.beaulieu.co.uk/events/simply-porsche or by calling the event ticket hotline on 01590 612888. Tickets can also be bought on the day at Beaulieu.
All other visitors should enter Beaulieu through the main reception from 10am, with tickets at normal Beaulieu attraction admission prices.
