JD Motorsport has announced Matevos Isaakyan as the first of the drivers that will line up in the 2014 Formula Renault 2.0 ALPS.

Born in ’98 in Moscow, and part of the SMP Racing Program, Isaakyan ending fifth overall in the French F4 Championship last year.

He took part in Formula Renault 2.0 Winter Testing and will be back behind the wheel on Friday 7th March in Monza, ahead of the season debut set for 5/6 April in Imola.
