Rain cancelled Friday’s NASCAR NEXTEL Cup Series practice and qualifying sessions, so the starting field for Sunday’s race was set according to the series’ rulebook. Greg Biffle, driver of the No. 16 National Guard/Charter Taurus, will start on the outside of row one. Biffle currently is second in points, 71 out of the lead.
