Former Porsche Club champion Tony Brown will return to the Michelin Porsche Open Series at Donington Park on Sunday 19 June.Brown plans to contest the double-headers at Donington and Thruxton (21 August) as well as the Porsche Festival at Brands Hatch at the end of August. He is continuing to develop his class two 964RSR and aims to compete with the 911GT3 Cup cars."I plan to put the car on a diet soon," reckons Brown of the car that he debuted in the series in 2004. He will head to Donington with a good chance of class victory.However, that's not his only plan for the balance of the season as he will also be contesting some Britcar races in a BMW M3 GTR, sharing the car with current Porsche Club Championship leader Ian White. "We start in Britcar at Brands a week after Donington, so I'm off to the gym now!" says Brown.
