Meanwhile, in the Mini he scored six wins and two seconds in eight races.Despite the daunting schedule in scorching weather conditions, Andrew's level of fitness ensured he was able to jump from car to car throughout the weekend and race to his very best in all 16 races. In the Mini, he won both rounds of the Junior Super Series competition to make it four wins in four rounds to date. However, his team played a vital role when the car's head gasket had to be changed between heats. The work was completed in just 25 minutes to get the Mini ready for its next race. However, it was his speed on his senior debut that really grabbed the attention of seasoned rallycross pundits. Having been fastest in practice, he finished third in Saturday's final. On Sunday, two wins and a third in the heats meant he qualified on the front row of the grid for the final. Unfortunately, a missed gear off the line dropped him down the field, but Andrew fought back to finish fifth and complete a remarkable graduation into senior racing.Andrew will be back in action in the Mini at Anglesey on 3 July for the next round of the British Rallycross Championship.Andrew Jordan is supported by Team Dynamics and the Bill Gwynne Rally School.
