The CrowdStrike 24 Hours of Spa is so much more than a car race. It's a festival offering three nights of music, supercar exhibitions, and fun for all members of the family. Big news for 2026: the Drift Show by Monster!
On Friday from 8 p.m., this spectacular discipline will take to the track at the Spa-Francorchamps Circuit with shows at various locations around the circuit. A welcome touch of originality alongside the already impressive program of support races.
Unlike traditional circuit racing, the stopwatch isn't the key factor in drifting. In competitions, the drivers' goal is to impress the judges with their style and daring. Fans will therefore see drift cars sideways – in impressive plumes of smoke – and the burnouts are sure to elicit a reaction from the spectators.
Thanks to the Drift Show by Monster, fans will see cars performing demonstrations at the Raidillon, the world's most beautiful corner, offering a unique spectacle. Various areas will also be prepared, including La Source, the Combes area, and the chicane.
Among the 26 drift drivers present, there will be some stars of the discipline, such as the "King of Europe," Rick Van Goethem, in his supercharged Nissan V35 Skyline. Also representing the Monster Energy Drift Team, Alexander Claudin will be showcasing a Dodge Charger with over 1000 horsepower, while Nick Henderickx, the Race Wars Drift champion, will be there with a Chevrolet Camaro.
Friday evening will continue with a GT4 European Series race – always a spectacular event – followed by another new addition: the Raidillon Party. After the drift drivers' slides and the precise racing lines of the GT4 European competitors, the world's most beautiful corner will transform into a massive dance floor from 11 pm. SiBE, the resident DJ of the GT World Challenge, will be spinning the tunes to keep you dancing until 2 am.
