Armajaro has confirmed on-going sponsorship of the MSA British Historic Rally Championship into 2006. The new agreement will take the company into a fourth season of title sponsorship for the Historic Rally Car Register-managed championship.The backing of Armajaro Asset Management LLP has been central to the growth and success of the BHRC over the last three years, with more and more drivers switching to historic rallying. Whilst the level of competition is high, the camaraderie amongst competitors is unrivalled."We are delighted to continue our successful relationship with Armajaro into 2006," said a championship spokesman. "We are already well advanced with the planning of next year's programme and the knowledge that Armajaro is behind the championship again is a real boost."The HRCR has managed the championship for the last five years and has developed the BHRC into the most competitive historic stage rally championships in Europe. Over 150 competitors are currently registered for the 2005 season and more cars are already being prepared for 2006.An announcement on the 2006 calendar for the historic, post-historic and classic categories will follow shortly.
