GP2 Coloni Hungaroring Preview

Just one week after the German Grand Prix, GP2 Series and Coloni Motorsport head to Budapest for the round 8th of the 2005 GP2 Series - Hungaroring Grand Prix.

The circuit is one of the favourites for Coloni who took three FIA F3000 International victories in 2002, 2003 and 2004, respectively the first with Italian Enrico Toccacelo and the last two with Austrian Patrick Friesacher.

The Italian team is looking forward to renewing its winning tradition and is confident about the cars and drivers performance.

Coloni drivers Gimmi Bruni and Mathias Lauda aim to give the team its fourth victory at Hungaroring. The track is very demanding from the drivers and both Gimmi  and Mathias have been preparing properly for the long race.

Coloni  will use on both cars the “shark gill” exit covers for the left and right-hand side pods in case of warm temperature on the track.
