Jordan makes it five from five

Andrew Jordan made it five wins from five events in the Junior Rallycross Super Series at Mondello Park on Sunday (7 August). The latest victory puts Andrew further into the championship lead with three rounds of Super Series left to run.As usual, 16-year old Andrew from Sutton Coldfield was racing his purpose-built Mini, and travelled to the Irish track aiming to continue his unbeaten record in the championship. By Andrew's regular standards, it was quite a relaxed day as he only raced four times. In the three heats, he took two wins and a second place as the drivers prepared for the all-important final at the end of the day.In the final, Andrew led from the start, but had to push hard to fend off a determined challenge from Ashley Simpson. However, Andrew coped well with the pressure to win the final and complete a clean sweep of wins in the opening five championship rounds.Andrew Jordan is supported by John Guest, Team Dynamics, Bill Gwynne Rally School and Pirtek
