Yesterday at Fiorano Marc Gene carried out the shakedown of the cars that Scuderia Ferrari will use in the forthcoming Turkish Grand Prix, scheduled to take place over the weekend of 21st August.

The Spanish test driver completed a total of 26 laps, with a best time of 1'07"417.

The Scuderia's F2005 cars will be transported to Turkey by sea, on board a ship that sails from Trieste tomorrow, heading for Istanbul.
