Tommy Kristoffersson, the combined Team Director and driver of KMS Motorsport, finished on the podium in the Norwegian round of the Swedish Touring Car Championship (STCC) at Våler banen scoring his season’s best result.
Meanwhile team-mate Fredrik Ekblom had mixed feelings in Norway with his Audi A4 STCC. Following an infringement, his third position from qualifying was disallowed. He moved up to sixth position from the back of the field in the first of two qualifying heats. The Audi driver took a dominant win in the second qualifying race. Contact with another car denied Ekblom another strong result in the final race. Våler banen (N), Swedish Touring Car Championship (STCC) round 7
