111 cars bought for less than the price of a new Ford Focus driving 1500 miles can only mean one thing - it's time for the gruelling Staples2Naples rally.

Leaving on Friday 23rd September from Staples Corner, London, teams will be coaxing their bangers through six European countries over four days, using the latest satellite navigation kit from Mio Technology, the event sponsor. At least there's no excuse for getting lost this year.

Perhaps the most accessible, alternative and entertaining rally that will take place this year, Staples2Naples attracts a complete cross section of people driving vehicles bought for less than a £100 and painted to resemble famous cars. One of the all-girl teams, Team 0077, will be driving a Lada masquerading as James Bond's Aston Martin DB5. The teams hope to raise thousands of pounds for various charities.
