'Formula 1000 Rally Club announce Forestry Open Day'.- Always wanted to have a go at rallying?- Interested in the F1000 Forest Series for next year?
- Would like to know more but not sure who to ask?
- Like to get a closer look at what its all about?
- Need more info on the costs involved?
Well...put October 16th in your diary! The Formula 1000 Rally Club will be holding the first of its 2006 Championship 'Open Days' on that date, at the Corwen Forestry Testing Complex just off the A5.
Between 11am and 3pm on that Sunday, you can come and speak to the organisers of the series, drivers, co-drivers, mechanics and more. There will also be opportunities to get to see the cars close up (including rides), and free advice will be available for drivers and co-drivers from some of the most respected names in UK Rallying.
As with all things F1000, it will be an informal and friendly way of being introduced to the series, and you'll also be able to find out more about our new look calendar of events for next year.
Interested? Contact jamie@jemsport.co.uk to register your interest or for more information on the venue and how to get there. The Forestry testing venue is signposted from Corwen village and is just 200 metres from the 'Cynwyd' turn off after the Corwen Fire and Ambulance Station.
