The Historic Rally Car Register has announced the schedule for the 2006 Armajaro MSA British Historic Rally Championship. The championship will again comprise nine events, three on asphalt and six on gravel. The championship will retain the nine events that formed the 2005 championship. As well as a range of classic gravel events, the BHRC will again visit the Isle of Man for the Manx Historic Rally and travel to Belgium for the Tour of Flanders. The challenge of Epynt for the Welsh International Rally completes the asphalt element of the championship, although several asphalt stages on the Porlock toll road are included in the Somerset Historic Stages.The cars in the HRCR Classic Stage Rally Challenge will again run alongside the BHRC to make a three category series.
