Spedeworth South will chase away the post-Christmas blues when the Stock Cars, Ministox and the all-action Rookie Bangers take to the track at Wimbledon Stadium on Sunday January 15th at 5pm.
The fender-bending Rookie Bangers always deliver a night of racing mayhem at Plough Lane and that mayhem will be further enhanced by a figure of 8 race, where the MOT failures will attempt to cross the middle of the track without being turned into scrap metal by the oncoming traffic.
The ever-popular Stock Cars will be looking to build on a fantastic 2005 season with their usual display of high-powered racing and extensive use of the front bumpers to get around the track as they compete in Round 2 of the Seahaven Caravan Series.
To complete a night of full-on racing action the Ministox will commence Round 1 of the Felsham Garage Challenge. The young (11-16 year old drivers) will be keen to start racking up the points in the challenge as well as sharpen the skills needed for a successful career in oval racing. The end result for the fans on the terraces is some great racing and the chance to see the stars of tomorrow in action.
With three great formulas in action Spedeworth offers another great value for money night out at Wimbledon Stadium, Britain's finest stock car racing circuit.
