Less than four weeks to go for Silverstone’s British Grand Prix ticket offer
With just under four weeks to go for Silverstone’s British Grand Prix Early Booking Offer, circuit bosses are urging fans to make the most of this fantastic opportunity to purchase tickets for the UK’s premier motorsport event – the 2006 FORMULA 1™ Foster’s British Grand Prix (9 to 11 June 2006) – at a reduced rate.
Silverstone has confirmed that ticket sales for the British Grand Prix are up on this time last year, but Richard Phillips, Managing Director of Silverstone Circuits Limited, is keen to remind fans wishing to take advantage of the ‘Early Booking Offer’ to do so before it ends on 31 January. Phillips commented, “Our Early Booking Offer provides fans with the opportunity to buy tickets for all three days of the British Grand Prix at a considerably reduced rate - up to 25% off in some cases.
“Ticket sales are up on January 2005, and we are delighted with the early support from fans. The Early Booking Offer maintains our commitment to provide value for spectators and, with just four weeks left, we hope as many people as possible make the most of the fantastic savings on offer.” The Early Booking Offer was a major feature of Silverstone’s pricing strategy in 2004 and 2005, and, following its popularity, has been continued in 2006. Three day tickets for this year’s British Grand Prix are available from as little as £99 for adults (£49 for children*) – effectively £33 per day.
Fans are also encouraged to take advantage of Silverstone’s online booking facility - www.silverstone-circuit.co.uk – enabling them to book tickets for the British Grand Prix 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
