The Porsche Carrera Cup GB will have a second mini-enduro race this season with the news that the championship will have a 45-minute race at Knockhill on 3 September.Previously confirmed was a 45-minute race at Mondello Park in April and it has now been confirmed that the Knockhill round will run to a similar format, with a 30-minute race on Saturday followed by a 45-minute race on Sunday.In total, this means that – subject to final timetables - racers in the Carrera Cup will have over 10 hours of race time during the 2006 season, as well as 20-minute qualifying sessions and dedicated pre-race test sessions at each meeting.The 2006 Carrera Cup GB starts at Brands Hatch over the weekend of 8/9 April.
