Lockie set for busiest ever season

Calum Lockie is preparing for his busiest ever season of racing in 2006, with confirmed drives in four cars in four different race series. In addition, Lockie is working hard on plans to compete in the LMS and in the Le Mans 24 Hours.At the core of Lockie's 2006 programme will be full campaigns in the Belcar and British GT Championships. In both series he will race Ferrari 360s; sharing the car of Bo McCormick in Belcar and partnering David Dove in the GT Cup class of British GT.Lockie will also shortly confirm details of a drive in Britcar races and will share the sensational pre-war Alfa Romeo P3 Grand Prix car of Roger Saul in selected pre-war races."This will be the busiest racing season I've ever had and I'll be doing more than 20 races in four different series," confirms Lockie. "I'm very grateful to the four car owners for giving me these opportunities and I'm really looking forward to an exciting season."In addition to a full racing programme, Lockie and his partner Melindi Scott are also very busy with their Gold Track Driving Club, which has its biggest ever track day schedule planned with 50 events for the coming year.
