– the way forward

There was no Lister Storm at this weekend’s round of the Le Mans Series in Nurburgring. 

The team has evaluated the Le Mans performance and can see the need to upgrade the ‘package’ for future races.

  Laurence – “Lister does not race just to make up the numbers – we need a competitive package to maintain the professionalism and morale of the team.”  Lister intend to return for the Donington race at the end of August followed by Jarama in September.

Quote from Jens Moller :

“At the Le Mans race we found out that there were certain areas, where we could improve the aerodynamics of the front of the car, and we have been busy rebuilding it,”

“We have yet to finalize the construction of the new composite parts, but we would like to get these tested before we will be entering a race with them, so for that reason we have chosen not to race at Nürburgring. But we will be ready for the next race at Donington Park – and hopefully there will be a lot of drivers retiring this coming weekend, so that we can keep our second place!”
