The half-point in F3000 Italian Championship and Euroseries 3000 comes this weekend, back in Italy after traveling in Spa (Belgium) and Budapest (Hungary).

The fifteen singleseaters, all Zytek-Lola B02/50, will fire the challenge in one of the best racetracks in the world. The Series comes to Tuscany with Giacomo Ricci, of Fisichella Motor Sport, leader with 55 points, only three points clear of his team-mate, Marco Bonanomi. Ricci has done an awesome job collecting points in all eight races, with four wins, but Bonanomi has proved to be really fast  - getting four poles, three victories, and a great result in the World Series Renault tests in Misano.

The series finds Glauco Solieri back, now with a B02/50 Lola of the Vanni-Traini team, so side-by-side with Matteo Cressoni.
