Marcus Gronholm won Rally Finland at the weekend - his 6th victory on the last 7 years on this event. Loeb was threatening till he hit a rock - although Marcus had the upper hand throughout the event. Hirvonen was delighted with a podium on his home event:

"I have watched this rally since I was a kid, dreaming of a podium and now I have achieved it," he said.
