NASCAR BUSCH: WITH MONTOYA?

As we write these words, it is not yet confirmed when Juan Pablo Montoya will start his NASCAR career. But the rumour mill is working overtime and logic says that the best way for him to begin his new life is with Busch races during the month of November, as his contract with McLaren-Mercedes will terminate after the last Grand Prix of the season in Brazil on 22nd October.

Montoya’s arrival would be great news for Busch series fans who, thanks to Motors TV’s live and exclusive broadcasting of the series, can be sure to see every minute of the Colombian star in action.

Three races are scheduled for the next three weeks: Texas, Phoenix and Homestead-Miami. In terms of the title chase, all looks good for Kevin Harvick, but the fight for the remaining podium places is set to be a cracker – and that’s without the added spice of Montoya’s potential arrival!

Texas – Saturday 4th November, LIVE !, from 19h00.

Phoenix – Saturday 11th November, LIVE ! from 20h30

Miami – Saturday 18th November, LIVE ! from midnight.

EXOTIC NEW TERRITORIES FOR THE OZZY V8 SUPERCARS

One of Motors TV’s favourite championships, the Australian V8s offer fans two very different races this month. On 11th and 12th November, the championship heads to Tasmania, for round 11 of the season. Tasmania is an island located around 250 miles south of Melbourne which means that the Symmons Plains circuit is one of the most ‘southern’ circuits in the world!

Less than two weeks later, the Australian circus will make its debut visit to Bahrain for the most ‘exotic’ round of the year! Please note that these two races are set for Friday 24th and Saturday 25th November.

Symmons Plains, race 1 – Saturday 11th November from 19h30

Symmons Plains, races 2 and 3 – Sunday 12th November from 20h00

Bahrain, race 1 – Friday 24th November, LIVE ! from 12h10

Bahrain, races 2 and 3 – Saturday 25th November LIVE ! from 12h10.

This promises to be spectacular and Motors TV will provide highlights of each and every round of the 2006 championship.

GRAND FINALES FOR THE GT CHAMPIONSHIPS

The end of the season is approaching for the Super GT – Japan’s most famous championship. Honda, Nissan, Toyota, Lexus, Ferrari, Maserati, to name but a few, all have representation in the land of the rising sun and the outcome of the 2006 season will be decided during the last round at Fuji (the touted venue for the 2007 Japanese Grand Prix). A great show is guaranteed!

For the European FIA-GT championship, the last round will take place in Dubai on 18th November and as usual, Motors TV will show highlights of what promises to be an intense thriller the following Wednesday.

Super GT, Fuji – Saturday 11th November from 17h30.
