After Tuka Rocha signing as official driver of Team Brazil in A1 Grand Prix and Juan Caceres moving to Dale Coyne Team in Champ Car, now it’s time for GP2 to open its doors.
The provisional entry list for the GP2 tests in Le Castellet on October 3-4, include five of the participants in this year's Euroseries 3000.
The Russian Vitaly Petrov, winner of the last Euroseries race in Barcellona, after having taken part to the last rounds of the GP2 series with DPR, will test both with Art and Super Nova.
Tuka Rocha (Piquet Sports), Marco Bonanomi (Durango), Roldan Rodriguez (Campos) and Gavin Cronje (Dams) will also take part
Luca Filippi, 2005 F.3000 Champion, already in GP2, will also take part.
None of the other preparatory series' has so many of its current drivers participating in this test:
of the other 10 rookies, 4 come from F3 Euroseries, 3 from F3 UK, 2 from World Series Renault and 1 from Formula BMW UK.
