The Mini 7 Racing Club has been approached by Town House TV, who areproducing a new show for Sky called ‘The Race’ which will be Sky One’sflagship event for the autumn and will be presented by Denise Van Outen.Based at the Home of British Motorsport, Silverstone, the event centres ontwo teams of celebrities who are mentored by F1 legends Eddie Irvine andDavid Coulthard.

The two teams take part in a series of daily competitive racing events with theweek culminating in a huge Grand Prix. ‘The Race’ will be one Sky One andSky Three every night from Sunday November 5th right up until the day of therace itself Sunday November 12th.

One of the events will feature the celebrities racing Mini Se7en’s on theNational Circuit and is scheduled for Wednesday 8th November.As well as the Sky One slot, The Race will also be featured on Sky Three formore behind the scenes features and interviews.
